My goal is to listen to your story and work to identify obtainable goals. I offer a unique understanding of faith principles, family support, and therapeutic connection tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals in a time-sensitive manner. Counseling is a shared experience of self-exploration, growth, and problem-solving. The strategies and models practiced are evidence-based and effective.
MY GOAL
I pride myself on being real with clients and finding the best approaches to working through life’s toughest problems. And to provide counseling to clients that honors all aspects of their person; including physical concern, beliefs, thoughts feelings, and actions. I value the role of the family.
MY COUNSELING APPROACH
My 25 years plus experience in counseling individuals focus on a person-centered approach. I Have worked with people and their families during the most challenging times in their lives. The style of therapy is tailored to each client’s needs while maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship of a collaborative approach to meeting the client’s goals, values, personal faith, and choices.
The “Telehealth” approach using up-to-date technologies has been quite effective in the busy lifestyles we are in.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:
My family is my first focus. I am married to my High School Sweetheart. We have three children and 4 grandchildren. We travel, stay involved in small-group ministries. And have worked with hundreds of people in ministry and counseling. I enjoy going to school sports, traveling, and camping, and water sports.
